    Returns and exchange can be made within 7 days from delivery, enclosed with the original proof of purchase receipt. Fragrances are excluded. Exchange will only be offered once, excluding any additional applicable fees and are limited to footwear only. Returns are complimentary within GCC, excluding any additional applicable fees. International returns incur a fee of 80 SR that will be deducted from the original purchase price plus any additional applicable fees. All returned or exchanged items must be returned new, unused and in original condition with the packaging material and complete accessories. Returns that do not comply with our return and exchange policy will be sent back to the client.
